Take a trip on the tram to get to this restaurant. It's gonna cost you, but it is a wonderful event. The food is nicely prepared to a standard you would expect in a high end restaurant, but most people were in jeans or shorts. Great views out large windows. Tram fair is comped if you spend at least $10 (that is anything on the menu). After dinner, you can check out the kid's playground if you have kids and enjoy the river and deer.
This restaurant is a gem tucked away in the mountains. Often, when I have friends from out of state, we go to Mountain Creek Restaurant. The wine selection is very good, albeit the selections are a little sparse. Still, they are good selections. I typically have rainbow trout - cooked a la almondine style. Smoked trout dip - if it is on the menu - is a must!
